Thus far participants have come from Alabama, California, Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, New York, Oregon, Puerto Rico, Texas and Wisconsin. The study is featured on the Sexual Orientation and Gender Institute website for the Center on Halsted, Chicago’s largest LBGT Community Center.

I am Boris Thomas and In His Own Words is a research project that I am undertaking in satisfaction of requirements for my Ph.D. at Chicago’s Institute for Clinical Social Work.
